Important Update: cPanel Licensing Changes & New Pricing

Dear Customer,
Over the last few years, cPanel has completely changed their licensing model and has continued increasing their fees annually. They now charge based on the number of cPanel accounts on a server, and the cost has climbed by about 10% every year since 2020.
For the last four years, we absorbed these increases and continued billing you based on the old pricing to avoid impacting your hosting cost. We pushed this as far as possible, but with cPanel’s ongoing price hikes, it is no longer feasible for us to subsidize the license. To continue providing stable and secure service, we must now adopt cPanel’s official pricing structure.

Additional ELS Fees for CentOS 7 / CloudLinux 7 Servers
CentOS 7 and CloudLinux 7 reached End-of-Life on June 30, 2024, meaning they no longer receive security updates. To keep such servers secure, cPanel moved them into the Extended Lifecycle Support (ELS) program, which adds an extra fee on top of the base license.
If your server is still running CentOS 7 or CloudLinux 7, cPanel charges the following additional monthly ELS fee:

To avoid ELS fees, servers must be upgraded to a supported OS such as AlmaLinux 8/9 or RockyLinux 8/9. We can assist you with planning and executing this upgrade.
These updated prices will take effect from February 19 , 2026.
We have held off on these adjustments for as long as possible, but with cPanel’s continuous increases, we are now required to align with their pricing model. This ensures we can continue maintaining the quality, security, and reliability you expect from us.
